{Beauty Review}: #BeautifulInsideOut with Neutrogena this Spring

Is it spring yet where you live?  Well, here in the midwest it is anything BUT spring-like!  Recently I attended my son's soccer game where most of the spectators were in winter coats.  Yes, winter coats in April!  I am SO done with this winter weather and ready for some sunshine and heat.

{video}: Beware of popcorn

The kids have been so uber excited to try out their new popcorn popper that Santa brought them for Christmas.  We had actually left it at my mom's house in Texas over holiday break since we had no room in our car after loading up all the other gifts.  But, she recently made a trip up here for spring break and we were once again reunited with the popcorn machine.  So, on Easter Sunday we finally decided to give it a try.  I think the kids learned a little safety lesson in operating an appliance like this!  See for yourself:

 

Don't fret.  All ended up well.  We ended up enjoying some very yummy popcorn after all was said and done and I think the kids will think twice before leaning in so closely the next time we decide to pop fresh popcorn. 

We all agreed - it was quite tasty and definitely beats microwave popcorn!

Potty Time Q&A With The Experts #EveryFlush

I shared a couple of weeks ago that I am excited to be part of the Pull-Ups Madrinas del Baño campaign.  Since we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our little boy #4 any day now {due Easter Sunday!!}, I really am not looking forward to still having a little guy in diapers.  But, for the first time in this almost 10-year journey of motherhood, I am truly at a loss as to what do or try next!  My sweet 3 and a half year-old is just not interested in potty training right now and I am trying to be patient and okay with that.  But, it's hard.

While we welcome the official spring season later this week, I don't know about you but I am certainly looking forward to making some fun home decorating changes around here.  I tend to love lots of white decor in the spring and summer -- well, year 'round, really -- and I also love incorporating a beach theme.
