I was looking up this recipe on how to make Gorditas? There are many dishes I've learned to cook over the years. Although, we ate some very delicious homemade dishes, compliments of my Sweet Mother, she did not make Gorditas...at least that I can remember. So, this week, I am going to attempt to wake up really early, and open my windows (Austin, Texas), and attempt to make some homemade Gorditas. This recipe calls for deep frying, but I am going to research a bit more, and see if I can bypass that frying method. I know there has to be an alternative.
