Your kids while young are not well informed enough to know how to do this for themselves, and those that are older sometimes need a little bit of assistance. As well as this, you’ve got to take care of your own health, and a lot of the needs are the same, right?

Balanced Meals
The first thing that we would like to mention is that you should be trying to cook balanced meals as much as you can. We understand that it can be hard with everyone having different schedules, but if you find that you cannot eat together then you can leave food in the fridge or in the oven for them as they want it.
Try to eat at least one meal per day together though as this is good for the health of the family, and keeping the strong relationship going. We know it can be a nightmare to organize in some families, but it’s definitely worth the time.
Making Appointments
There are certain appointments that you and your family members are going to need to attend in order to stay in the best possible condition. You should be seeing your doctor for a checkup once per year, unless there is anything wrong in the meantime. You should be seeing your dentist every six months to ensure that your oral health is okay, and if you have any other needs, you have to make sure they are met.
For example, you may have a history of back pain in your family, and you are experiencing it now. If that’s true, then you may want to look into the benefits of family chiropractic care as this may benefit both you and future generations.
Exercising Regularly
Finally, if you want to encourage exercise in your family, you have to partake in this exercise also. Go out to the park and run around. Go for a nice walk somewhere beautiful. Race them up and down a field somewhere. Go swimming as a family. It’s simple things like this that really make sure they are getting the exercise that they need, and you are getting the exercise that you need.
